If you need to cancel your child’s current lesson plan, please fill out the form below. In line with our studio policy, six weeks’ notice is required before your child’s final lesson. This allows time to adjust the schedule and offer the space to a student on the waiting list.
Submitting this form serves as formal notice of cancellation and will begin your notice period. If you're unsure which plan you're on or have questions before submitting, you're very welcome to get in touch.
End of year reminder:
If your child is not returning next academic year, you do not need to complete this form. Re-enrolment is not automatic. Spaces are held for current students until the rebooking deadline outlined in the end-of-year email. After that date, any unconfirmed spaces will be released to the waiting list.
Monthly Plans
Your plan will remain active for six weeks from the date this form is submitted. Any payments due during the notice period will continue as scheduled. Once your request is processed, we’ll confirm your final lesson date.
Termly Plans
If you provide at least six weeks’ notice before your next scheduled termly payment, your plan will end at the close of the current term and no further payment will be taken. If less than six weeks’ notice is given, the upcoming termly payment may still apply.
Annual Plans
Tuition for annual plans is paid in full at the time of enrolment. Cancelling partway through the year won’t result in a refund, but you're welcome to submit this form to release your space and formally end participation. Your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period.
